The terms "Member" or "User" refer to any individual who has registered and/or used the msia88 platform.

Registration is free with no hidden charges. Each individual is only permitted to register one account — including not being allowed to register under a family member's or friend's name to circumvent this one-account-per-person policy.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, including your username and password. msia88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account as a result of your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

You are advised to:

• Not sharing your password with anyone, including immediate family members.

Msia88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict an account if our system detects suspicious activity, as a protective measure for you. In such cases, we will contact you via your registered details to verify your identity before access is restored.

Msia88's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Msia88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms within this document.
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• False or incomplete registration details.
• Failure to complete KYC requirements within the specified period.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the msia88 support team via live chat. Prior to termination, any eligible balance will be returned to the original payment method once all KYC checks and wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

In cases where an account is terminated due to fraud or serious violations, msia88 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including deposits, bonuses, and winnings, without any compensation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws established by the licensing authority that issued the operating licence to msia88. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through the following process:

• Second Stage: If an informal resolution fails, the dispute may be submitted in writing to the msia88 official disputes department for review within 14 days.
• Third Stage: Unresolved disputes may be referred to an independent mediation body recognized by our licensing authority.
